1. Do you offer delivery services?Yes, we offer free delivery within the Boston area for orders of 2 or more pairs of shoes. For addresses located within 20 miles of Boston, delivery is free for 5 or more pairs. For smaller orders, standard delivery fees apply.

3. Can you restore designer or premium brand shoes (e.g. Yeezy, Jordan, Balenciaga)?Absolutely. We specialize in high-end footwear care and use safe, non-damaging products designed specifically for sensitive materials. Each pair receives custom attention.

5. Do you offer stain removal or sole whitening?Yes, we provide professional stain treatment, sole deep-cleaning, and midsole whitening or repainting services to restore the original look of your shoes.

4. What types of shoes do you work with?We work with a wide range of footwear: sneakers, leather shoes, suede boots, casual or formal styles. If you're unsure, just send us a photo and we’ll confirm what we can do.
